Today we attended a Noble Park rental property for one of our real estate clients to prepare for the new rental reforms coming into effect next week.
After conducting the Frontline Locksmiths’ Deadlock Compliance and Compatibility Check, we installed a new deadlock to the laundry door to match in with the existing fittings and now the property is fully compliant. The client will receive the report & photos for the rental provider and we were even able to key the new lock alike to the front door so the renter and agent have a single key!
From next week tenants will be known as renters and landlords as rental providers.
